Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions or unusually high order volumes.

Estimated delivery

For currently supported destinations, delivery is generally estimated at 5–14 business days after processing. Estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, remote-area delivery or other events outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent after dispatch. Tracking scans can take time to update after a parcel enters the carrier network.

Address accuracy

Please enter a complete and accurate physical delivery address. Some shipping methods may not support PO boxes. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by the customer.

Customs, duties and taxes

Depending on the destination, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply. If these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient.

Lost or delayed parcels
