30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

Eligibility

To qualify for a standard return, the item should be unused, in substantially the same condition as received, and include the original packaging and accessories where reasonably possible.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide your order number plus clear photos or video. If the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged in transit or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, refund or another solution required by applicable law.

Change-of-mind returns

For approved change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable where permitted by law.

How to start a return

Email matanr2000@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions. Do not return an item to the sender address on the parcel unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or card processing times may vary.

Cancellations and statutory rights

Where applicable, you may have additional cancellation, cooling-off, refund, repair or replacement rights under the consumer laws of your country. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
